Refund policy

Sage and Silver uphold a limited refund policy due to health and safety reasons, you must make contact within 48 hours of receiving your item to request a refund.

Refunds
Refunds are only permitted in the case of damaged goods and are only credible to instore credits or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, or your order number.

To start a refund, you can contact us at monique@sageandsilver.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be returned to our address, 6056 postcode, at the expense of the customer.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns
No change of mind exchanges can be made.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be advised that as a natural product, crystals may vary from the product image, they may appear to have what looks like 'cracks' which is a part of their natural formation.  

Health and healing
It is believed that crystals have natural healing powers and offer alternative medical results. However, we do not promote this above and beyond the advice of medical practitioners. Sage and Silver do not take any responsibility for the use of crystals or any products used in a medical sense.
